1. To reserve a boat trip, you need to pay a deposit of 6,000 yuan in advance before we can help you reserve the boat trip time. 2. All prices quoted are tax-free. If invoicing is required, tax will be added. The final payment is the total amount minus the deposit.
3. You can bring your own meals and drinks, and there is no extra corkage fee. If you don’t want to bring your own, you can also order yacht meals from us. If you need a barbecue, an additional 2,000 yuan will be charged for the barbecue.
4. There is no additional cleaning fee for guests preparing their own meals (ex. McDonald’s, PIZZA, cakes, drinks and beer…etc.). If they order catering meals from restaurants other than BOK Yacht, an additional 2,000 RMB will be charged. Cleaning fees.
5. Before boarding the ship, you will be charged an additional deposit of 3,000 yuan in advance (this fee is not included in the charter fee). Before disembarking at the end of the voyage, the staff will check the environmental conditions on the ship. If the guest vomits at will Throwing toilet paper, sanitary napkins or other foreign objects into the toilet causing obstruction, breaking glasses, smashing cakes, opening champagne, and damaging sofas… etc., the deposit will be deducted and the processing fee will be charged. 6. The quotation is based on a unit of 20, 30 or 42 people. If the number of passengers exceeds the number, an additional NT$500 will be charged for each additional person. The maximum number of passengers per ship shall not be exceeded.
7. All additional purchase services cannot be canceled on the day of boarding, because all additional purchase services require advance preparation time. If you want to cancel the additional purchase service, you must notify it 3 days before boarding the ship. Late applications will not be processed.
8. Only the name and ID number are required for the passenger insurance list. If you want to compile the insurance list yourself, please provide the file 3 days before boarding. You can also print it out and give it to the staff on the day of boarding. If you don’t want to prepare your own, you can go to the on-site boarding area and fill in the information directly on the day of boarding.
9. Since the yacht needs to be cleaned, if guests bring their own props and decorations or ask for catered food, they must start from the boarding time before the related operations can be carried out.
10. BOK No. 1, 2 and 6 are preset for boarding and disembarking at Zhongxiao Pier. If you need to board and disembark at Dadaocheng, you must check the water level forecast for that week. Please inform the service provider of the pier location where you want to board and disembark the ship. The service will confirm the ship schedule. Arrangements will be made for you after the docking is possible. If it is confirmed that the docking is not possible, you can only board and disembark at Zhongxiao Pier.
11. BOK 5 will board and disembark at Zhongxiao Pier. If you need to board and disembark at Dadaocheng Pier, you must inform us at least two weeks before boarding, because BOK 5 needs to apply for docking rights at Dadaocheng Pier in advance before it can dock and dock. 12. If you need to see the ship in advance, you can first go to the official LINE@ of Boike to make an appointment with the business to see the ship.
13. There are refrigerators and ice buckets on board. If you need to ice cakes or other large foods, please inform the business owner of the size first to confirm whether it can be iced. Ice is not provided on site. If you need ice, please purchase additional ice. 2 large bags cost 300 yuan.
14. There are garbage bags and toilet paper on board. Drinking water is not included. You must bring your own or buy it.

The audio and KTV equipment of each yacht can be used directly. Other free equipment are as follows:

Each yacht has a toilet and garbage bags are provided.

Relevant tableware (ex: 7-inch disposable discs, disposable chopsticks, plastic cups, etc.) will be provided according to the content of the meal order. Those who do not order on behalf of the customer will not be provided with any tableware. Thank you for your cooperation.

16. Professional DJ services only provide music playback to add to the atmosphere of the venue, and do not provide hosting or atmosphere-stimulating services.

18. BOK Yacht only provides charter services and does not provide planning and hosting of on-board activities. The audio and KTV equipment on board can be used, and you can also purchase professional DJs to play music or resident singers to add to the atmosphere, making the entire river cruise a perfect ending.
19. The audio on board can be connected and played by itself, as follows:

20. In order to keep the ship clean, please do not use crackers, sequins and other items on the ship, play (smash) cakes, any violation will be subject to cleaning fees, please do not litter cigarette butts, spitting and betel nut juice, vomiting Please face the sea.
21. Fire-related items are not allowed to be used on the yacht. (ex: fairy wand, cassette stove, spray gun…etc.)
22. The best time to get on the boat to watch the sunset is 4:00~8:00.
23. It is recommended that you get enough sleep before taking a boat, and if necessary, take seasickness medicine 1 hour before sailing.
24. You must carry identification documents when taking a boat. Dangerous goods and controlled items (ex: drugs, knives and guns, etc.) are prohibited.
25. Please abide by the safety regulations on the ship, prohibit chasing and playing on the ship, and obey the instructions of the captain.
26. If the flight is canceled due to force majeure weather factors, further notice will be given.
27. In case of irresistible weather factors, the itinerary and route will be changed according to the captain’s judgment for safety.
28. Children under the age of 12 and those with mobility impairments, please take care of them with their families for safety.

[Ferry ticket deposit refund and shipping terms]:

Because the charter boat reservation has been reserved for the booker, it cannot be canceled temporarily. Please follow the following methods

The deposit can be refunded one month in advance.

You can reschedule three weeks in advance.

No rescheduling or cancellation is allowed before two weeks, and the deposit will be forfeited.

[Refund method]:

Only WEB-ATM transfers are provided. The company will ask for your bank account number and transfer the refund to you.

[When will the shipping company decide to cancel the sailing]:

Due to the unpredictable weather, when the Meteorological Bureau issues a land warning for Taipei City and confirms that it is impossible to sail, the company will inform passengers whether the yacht sailing is cancelled, and the news of the suspension of sailing will be announced on the official website.
